2004 Dodge SRT-4

SRT-4 at the Air Force Academy

So what's this puppy make? 247 hp and 274 ft-lbs. Good enough for you?

SRT takes Pikes Peak! Close to record breaking time... :)

SRT cruising over Colorado passes in the snow... with ease (and snow tires).

My SRT-4 in a cool SRT lineup with the factory-backed Viper SRT-10 and Ram SRT-10 race vehicles at OneLap

This is J's 2001 Nissan Xterra SE, V6 5spd 4x4. It's her I-gotta-have-A/C-in-this-hot-humid-summertime-Alabama vehicle! It's a lot nicer and smoother than the old Jeep!

This is our old 1991 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L (straight six) with a 5 speed. It's a really fun vehicle to cruise around town in. J loves it! Which is why we kept it even after it was replaced as the primary family mover. See some pics of our Jeep adventures here.

Cars from our past

A blast from the past... our first brand-new car! 2003 Subaru Impreza WRX... 227HP of Turbocharged enjoyment plus All-Wheel-Drive (AWD)! One sweet machine! We had purchased it back in January '03. I enjoyed this car very much for the 8 months I owned it but always yurned to return to my Turbo Dodge roots. We traded it in on the SRT-4... would have loved to keep them both! See more WRX pics here.

This was a short term project car. My love for Turbo Dodges couldn't let me pass up this non-running '89 Dodge Daytona Turbo... less than 2 miles from my house. I got a nice turbo head/turbo from the junkyard and got this baby running well once more. It was great to breath new life into it. But it soon moved on... my SRT-4 was more than enough for me!

This is my old 1998 Nissan Maxima. 3.0L 190hp 5-speed every option possible except automatic. Equipped with a Stillen 2-pc stainless Y-pipe and K&N cone filter. Cranking out over 200hp with a nice, deep intake rumble to boot! Kept this one in the family... sold to my in-laws. See more Maxima pics here.

All these great cars are no longer with us. First in line is my old 1985 Dodge Omni GLH Turbo. Behind that is my old 1987 Dodge Daytona Shelby Z (my first TD-Turbo Dodge). And in the back is my wife's beloved old 1988 Honda Accord which racked up 256,000 original miles! RIP... rust in peace!

And last but not least... our old 1965 Dodge D100 pick-em-up truck. Bought in the summer 1999 in FL, we towed it all the way to PA. It reliably served as my daily driver for a few months and as our big load hauler. We sadly parted with it in January 2002 after we moved.
